Organizational Leader
Simplicity Funerals is a leading funeral industry provider, part of InvoCare. We operate over 300 locations and are growing. We seek an organised leader to oversee daily operations and mortuary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure adequate staffing.
- Support funeral teams and respond to client needs and service requests.
- Oversee documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes.
- Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
- Participate in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations.
- Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service.
