Human Resources Business Partner Role

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. This will involve providing expert advice on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

You will also oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management. Additionally, you will lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare sector.

Furthermore, you will support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement. You will collaborate on the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives

  • A good understanding of HR legislation and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and high volume stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse data and provide practical HR insights
