Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent in the healthcare sector.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Organisational Change: Collaborate on the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • HR Metrics: Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in a generalist HR role within a large organisation.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide practical HR insights.
