Parts Interpreter Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication with both retail and trade customers.

The ideal candidate will possess solid interpretation skills, be able to communicate clearly, and have a strong ability to handle internal requests. A current NSW Driver Licence is mandatory, and proficiency in our ERA (Pentana) System is highly desirable.

Job Description:
  • Answer phone enquiries from both retail and trade customers regarding parts.
  • Handle internal requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current NSW Driver Licence.
