We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our precast concrete project delivery in the Northern Territory.
Job Description- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Resource Management: Oversee and optimize labor, equipment, and material allocation.
- Budget Management: Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Client Communication: Serve as primary contact for client satisfaction with regular updates and issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits to maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams for effective collaboration and results.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction or precast concrete industry.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and quality compliance.
- Educational Background: A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
