Role Overview

As a trusted partner to our retail and support centre teams, you will offer thoughtful, people-first HR advice grounded in genuine care.

This role is an opportunity to support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance, helping them grow thriving teams where optimism and opportunity are part of the culture.

You will bring curiosity to every challenge, navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes - always seeking better ways to support our people.

Champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose, and where every team member feels empowered to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide generalist HR advisory work, supporting the development of policies and procedures
  2. Support the management of employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters
  3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and attract top talent
  4. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting
  • Natural curiosity and confidence in navigating complex people conversations
  • Organized, proactive, and able to turn ideas into action
