The Role

  • Lead the development of innovative employee value propositions that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Drive organisational design, strategic workforce planning, and employee experience initiatives that keep us agile in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Simplify complexity by building clear, scalable frameworks that support how we grow and how we work together.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a standout employee experience that enhances our brand reputation.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning, and employee experience.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in large or complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles, and OD practices.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
