Lead Tester - Digital Transformation

Overview:

Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Tester to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test lead roles, with a strong track record in defining test strategies and aligning them with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers working on multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Support automated testers in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like EasyRepro and Mstest(C#).
  • Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Essential Criteria: 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven ability to define test strategies and align them with project goals and timelines.

  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
