Job Title: Concrete Batch Operator

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where you will be responsible for managing batching and loading, quality control, plant maintenance, and supervising yard operations.

As a Concrete Batch Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mayfield West Concrete Plant in Newcastle. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing batching and loading processes to meet production targets
  • Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality products
  • Maintaining plant equipment and performing routine repairs as needed
  • Supervising yard operations to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
