Project Excellence Manager

 

Overview

We seek a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) professional with a strong passion for driving agile excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective agile project management practices.
  • Promote agile values and principles across the organization.
  • Utilize Jira software tools to manage and optimize project workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in achieving project goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure top-notch project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies for maximum efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Jira software tools, with the ability to customize and optimize its use.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Able to report on progress at a high level.
