Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of a dynamic business. As our Inventory & Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing essential processes that keep operations running smoothly – from stock control to supplier engagement to cash flow management.

You will have the opportunity to apply data-driven insights that improve efficiency, optimize inventory, and support informed decision-making across the business.

  • Manage inventory control – monitoring, reconciling, and forecasting stock levels.
  • Procurement – manage supplier relationships and ensure timely purchasing.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – maintain accuracy, timeliness, and healthy cash flow.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – leverage analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and support strategic decisions.
  • Customer & Supplier Communication – deliver persuasive and professional communication.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with experience in inventory, procurement, and accounts administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience in inventory, procurement, and accounts administration.

  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Cin7, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a drive to progress into leadership roles.

About You:

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate information into action.
