Job Title: VIC Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our commercial leadership, you will be responsible for spearheading our state-based sales strategy and driving business growth.

  1. Lead a high-performing sales team across various portfolios, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and results.
  2. Execute the national sales strategy at a state level, translating this into actionable initiatives for Victoria.
  3. Set and deliver revenue targets across all verticals.
  4. Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow our presence with agencies and clients.
  5. Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions.
  6. Maintain deep relationships with senior agency leaders and client decision-makers across Victoria.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in digital media sales with at least 7+ years leadership experience across multiple sales streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results.
  • Strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies and clients.
  • Excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
