We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our prestigious SPA program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and engines. Your expertise in aviation management, engineering, or a related field will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities- Schedule inspections and manage external repair services as needed
- Authorise aircraft release, adhering to our rigorous standards
- Lead the SPA AMO workforce, ensuring alignment with operational demands
- Maintain exceptional safety and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and operational efficiency
You will be a seasoned professional with a background in aviation management, engineering, or a related field. Your deep understanding of Australian Civil and Defence Aviation regulations, along with hands-on experience in maintenance control systems and OEM service literature, will be essential in this role. Your leadership skills, strong negotiation abilities, and clear communication will enable you to effectively guide teams and collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
