Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care that is compassionate and attentive to the needs of clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Follow care plans developed by our registered care professionals to ensure the highest standard of service.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by using equipment correctly and reporting any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Ability to work independently while being a part of a cohesive team.
  • Prior experience in caregiving is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' residences.

Essential Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services, or Disability Support, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to complete necessary background checks and training modules.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
