Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team.

  • Originate new mortgage loans through referrals from Realtors, customers, and other sources;
  • Manage a pipeline of loan applications and ensure timely completion;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by determining client needs and offering suitable products;
  • Meet individual monthly sales goals set by the company;
  • Built a network of prospects, customers, realtors, and referral partnerships to self-generate business.

Requirements

  • Hold an approved NMLS license;
  • Be detail-oriented with demonstrated careful decision-making skills;
  • Maintain mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education;
  • Have a solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines;
  • Utilize in-house technical systems and programs.
