• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If not held, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A background in sales or customer service will be beneficial in achieving success in this role.
• A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business is essential.
