Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist leads provided by the company to build your pipeline and referral networks

  • Provide lending advice to customers to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process with expert knowledge and support
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required; if you don't have one, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
  • You must have a strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
