General Freight Driver Position

We are seeking an experienced General Freight Driver to support our local operations within a dynamic, family-run business. As an industry leader in the logistics sector, we focus on people, safety, and long-term relationships.

This role will involve maintaining company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety at all times. You will also be responsible for managing fatigue and performing logbook duties, carrying out tasks within set time frames and following instructions.

The successful candidate will have a current HC Licence (Essential) or MC Driver's License (Preferred) with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated driving experience. Proven safety culture and hazard identification skills are essential. A proactive approach to tasks and ability to interact with customers is also required.

We also offer training with trade industry professionals and provide all necessary uniforms and boot allowance.

  • Drive a Kenworth Fleet, dedicated onsite workshop, and wash bay facilities available.
  • Manage your own workload, taking ownership of daily activities and reporting to the Depot Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Side Lifters advantageous
