About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead skills development across our organization.

The successful candidate will form a key influence in the Operational Enablement Function, focusing on process efficiency and compliance, customer experience enhancements, financial returns, and improving the employee experience.

As a key member of the Operational Enablement team, you will provide insights to enable leaders to manage their capacity in line with workload requirements, review standard work-practices, and take a future view on the management of the workforce.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, implementing, and evaluating learning programs related to services delivered by the Operational Enablement Department. You will also focus on coaching and induction processes across all channels and brands, working collaboratively with stakeholders within Customer Enablement.

In this role, you will identify development needs in line with business strategies to achieve quality and specialized customer service. You will work closely with other members of the Operational Enablement Department to review opportunities to support the organization to become more productive and efficient.

This role will require flexible working hours to meet business needs and interstate travel as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement projects or ActiveOps
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching
  • Knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures is desirable
  • A deep understanding of process improvement activities
  • A deep understanding of ActiveOps requirements
  • An understanding of the channels and markets the organization operates in
  • A deep understanding of coaching principles or adult learning principles
