Job Overview

The Works Ready Team Leader plays a pivotal role in preparing and coordinating work packages for field delivery teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of planners to drive high standards of work readiness.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering to ensure seamless execution.

  • Develop smart work packaging strategies to optimise resources and customer outcomes.
  • Promote the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency.

Requirements
  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
