Job Title: Night Shift Production Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the efficient manufacture of building products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans to maximize utilization of human resources while controlling labor costs.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and process efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on line setup/operation, testing, tooling, troubleshooting, machine metrics definition/reporting, changeover, safety procedures, record keeping, and training facilitation.
Requirements
  • M minimum of three years of progressively responsible supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills, combined with the ability to educate and train non-degreed operators and technicians in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, mentor, and train employees on a regular basis.
  • Possesses a high degree of current quality standards and checks. Proficient in STOP and 5S principles. Upper-level mathematical and mechanical skills required.
