Project Overview:

A reputable organization seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex high-rise building renovation project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects with a similar scope and scale.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, specifically in high-rise building renovations, and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of professionals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards
  • To oversee all aspects of the construction process, including design, procurement, and site management
  • To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • To manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in senior construction management roles, preferably in high-rise building renovations
  • Detailed knowledge of local council requirements and regulatory standards
  • Strong planning and financial management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
