Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the role of Construction and/or Formwork Carpenters. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out various tasks, including the safe preparation and setting up of formwork for precast product production.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reading technical drawings to begin a project
2. Measuring and setting out 'Decks' for precast production
3. Cutting and boxing up shutters for a job
4. Stripping and correct storage of formwork shutters
5. Assisting with the pouring of concrete products
6. Bending and tying of steel reinforcement bars where required
7. Finishing concrete products ready for supply to customers.

Requirements:
- Motivated with attention to detail;
- Reliable;
- Experience in form working and concrete production;
- Safe outlook on daily activities;
- Current drivers license (and ideally a forklift license);

About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time or casual position available from Monday to Friday, day shift. Remuneration will be based on experience with overtime hours available as needed. Previous experience in construction, concreting, or manufacturing environments is preferred, as is an understanding of the precast industry.
