As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment to develop domain knowledge and design data transformation jobs.

  • Analyse large datasets to build up domain knowledge and understand business rules
  • Design, build, and test data transformation jobs using best practice methods and tooling
  • Identify and implement efficient ways of performing data transformation tasks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including business requirements documents and design specifications
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technical specifications

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong SQL skills, ideally in PostgreSQL
  • Good understanding of relational database design principles and query optimisation
  • Experience documenting data models, including entity relationship diagrams
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
