Key Role:
The Health Centre Coordinator or Manager position offers a unique opportunity to deliver frontline patient care and provide clinical and operational leadership in remote Aboriginal communities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, support staff, and lead as a Health Centre Coordinator.
- Manage clinic services, budgets, and workforce needs as a Health Centre Manager.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHPRA).
- Experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service settings.
- Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership.
- Strong communication and cultural awareness skills.
- WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications.

- A competitive salary: $130,221 - $138,590 + Super.
