
Making a Difference: Disability Inclusion Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Primary and Secondary School Facilitator. This role will focus on delivering disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students in Sydney and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of living with a disability, including sharing their lived experience, previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to primary school age groups, ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face and digital mediums, must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations, and have strong administration skills with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
This exciting opportunity is part of our Community Impact program, which aims to create social benefits in society. As a Facilitator, you will work closely with schools to deliver high-quality workshops and build successful relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering world-class disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas.
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships.
- Achieving KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback.
- Acting as an outstanding brand ambassador for our organization.
You will also need to hold or be eligible to obtain a valid and current Working with Children Check, and be fully vaccinated.

Key Skills and Qualifications:- Knowledge and understanding of living with a disability.
- Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to primary school age groups.

- Strong administration skills with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
