- Coordinate with production planning and orders, freight bookings, and liaise with warehouse and third-party transport for product movement
- Communicate shipment status, tracking forecasts, and ensure high-quality customer service
- Prepare all loading paperwork accurately
- Prepare forward production demand and estimated loadout plan dates in the system
- Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipment plans
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of export documentation
- Review freight invoices and enter commercial invoices into the relevant system
- Ensure compliance with Quaker's ethical standards and company policies
- Experience in export documentation, logistical or production scheduling preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork-oriented
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals through continuous improvement
