Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, schedule, and confirm sale orders with customers
  • Coordinate with production planning and orders, freight bookings, and liaise with warehouse and third-party transport for product movement
  • Communicate shipment status, tracking forecasts, and ensure high-quality customer service
  • Prepare all loading paperwork accurately
  • Prepare forward production demand and estimated loadout plan dates in the system
  • Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipment plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of export documentation
  • Review freight invoices and enter commercial invoices into the relevant system
  • Ensure compliance with Quaker's ethical standards and company policies
Requirements
