Estimator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across numerous tenders in the civil sector, valued between $5m-$30m.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will be involved in the preparation and submission of tenders, as well as tender negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit tenders
  • Coordinate internal and external resources
  • Evaluate and review tender process for cost effectiveness
  • Tender negotiations
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • 5+ years' management experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m+
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Effective problem solving abilities
  • High level of commercial acumen
