Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate sales and invoicing records, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide end-to-end support and management throughout the customer experience journey, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Transaction Processing: Process purchase orders, consignment requests, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Account Management: Monitor customer accounts, manage credit limits, and maintain accurate records.
- Database Management: Maintain the customer database and review pricing tables using SAP.
- Stock Management: Process stock returns, manage stock movements, and participate in consignment tasks and stock takes.
- Export and Import Management: Process export/import and finance documentation according to procedures.
- CRM Management: Maintain the CRM platform in line with company standards of practice.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs, with experience in using Spreadsheets and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the agricultural industry is desirable but not essential.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with well-developed organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
