Role Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via telephone, managing customer account administration tasks, and coordinating services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service schedules and budgets for customers
  • Coordinate services for clients and process invoices
  • Provide internal and external customer service via telephone
  • Update customer notes, budgets, and schedules as needed

This is a fully on-site based role with an office located in Devonport. The successful candidate will have access to not-for-profit salary packaging and the opportunity to grow their skills and career as part of a wonderful team.
