  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI algorithms using Python and LangGraph
  • Develop robust APIs and maintain backend infrastructure with security, reliability, and scalability in mind
  • Work with vector databases and semantic search systems to power intelligent agent capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and broader product team to deliver high-impact features that solve real customer problems

  • Requirements:
">

  • Strong Python skills - built and maintained backend systems or APIs and write clean, efficient code
  • Intermediate-level Postgres experience - database design, complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices - automated pipelines, testing workflows, and deployment processes
  • Hands-on deployment experience with modern platforms like Render, Vercel, or similar PaaS solutions
  • Experience working with production-grade AI or strong interest in building agents using LLMs (LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, vector stores, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset - comfortable diving deep to debug, learn fast, and figure things out
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - thrive in a team setting
  • Solid foundational knowledge in computer science (degree or equivalent experience)
