About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI systems that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, including experience with design patterns and testing strategies. You will also have hands-on experience deploying AI models in production environments, including model serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

In addition, you will have expertise in genAI, LLMs, or fine-tuning foundation models on cloud platforms. A solid understanding of MLOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate AI ideas into tangible outcomes, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and responsible use of AI.

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex AI systems
  • Serve as the technical authority on AI engineering practices and infrastructure
  • Architect scalable, maintainable solutions that integrate AI into enterprise applications and workflows
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to translate models into production-grade AI systems
  • Set engineering standards, code quality practices, and MLOps approaches to ensure reliability and reproducibility
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks related to AI model performance, bias, and data integrity
  • Drive automation across data, model, deployment, and core business processes to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Mentor and guide AI engineers to strengthen delivery capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years focused on AI solution development and delivery
  • Strong software engineering foundation, including experience with design patterns and testing strategies
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production environments, including model serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Expertise in genAI, LLMs, or fine-tuning foundation models on cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of MLOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines
