Service Support Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to provide operational support and facilitate service processes.

This role involves working with a diverse team in a collaborative environment, promoting excellent team culture.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls as required;
  • Communicate effectively with customers and end users to resolve issues and gather key information;
  • Manage job bookings and track technician attendance;
  • Source parts and materials as necessary;
  • Follow up on job completion to meet company objectives;
  • Review technician time and materials for accuracy and fairness;
  • Maintain accurate job information and update records regularly;
  • Provide backup support to the service department as needed;
  • Assist the billing department with invoicing queries to ensure accuracy and profitability;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in a service coordination or facilitation role, including call handling and technician management;
  • Desirable experience in the food and beverage industry, including knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment;
  • Strong communication and computer literacy skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
