**Job Description**

As a Client Services Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to the care/service team. This position fosters best practices in resident care and ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include leading and supervising the care/service team, direct nursing and administrative activities, and ensuring quality of life for residents. You will oversee day-to-day operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities also include:

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Practical Nurse diploma
  • Current registration with the Provincial Association of Practical Nurses
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience
