  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute purchasing activities to meet internal and external demand
  • Coordinate the supply of standard items to meet customer requirements
  • Check purchase requests against inventory records or stock on hand
  • Create purchase orders on local vendors for specific demand requirements
  • Confirm vendor acknowledgements and verify delivery meets required customer dates
  • Record order confirmations and late notifications to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous extensive SAP experience (min 2 years at a high level)
  • Skills: Mature understanding of supply chain management principles, Incoterms, warehousing, and logistics
  • Qualifications: Ability to manage competing demands, work towards tight deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
