Job Title: Activation Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned Activation Manager to lead a team of professionals in the delivery and profitability of activation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategies that drive business growth, while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Activation Consultants across various regions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Performance Management: Ensure that team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and communicate clear direction for effective operations, setting objectives and priorities, promoting teamwork, and driving results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and encourage staff.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to drive performance from your team, working with targets and KPIs.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office computing package.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous employment services experience highly regarded.
