**Job Description** Immediate start**

**Creative Activation** is on the lookout for **superstar retail Team Leader** to join our dedicated team for our client, **Coles, as part of the CRT team**.

Merchandising experience preferred however, the right attitude is essential You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need to**:

- Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your State field team of merchandisers
- Be the first escalation point for any store or client related field issues and resolve issues impacting KPI compliance in a timely manner
- Ensure all tools and coaching is delivered to the team, in line with program guidelines, to develop a high-performance culture and enable the team to complete their reporting duties to the level required.
- Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures
- Ensure a strong PURPLE culture is fostered within your state
