Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Response: Lead and perform incident response activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • SIEM Monitoring: Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential security threats and incidents.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks to Healthdirect Australia's systems and applications.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in hands-on technical security roles, such as a SOC or Security Incident Responder.
  • Experience in delivering security solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience in vulnerability and penetration testing.
  • Solid understanding of web application security and APIs, frameworks such as OWASP.
  • Understanding and awareness of frameworks such as ACSC E8.
