About the Opportunity
You will be a key member of Healthdirect Australia's Security team, responsible for leading and performing security implementation, monitoring, and follow-up in a multi-cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Response: Lead and perform incident response activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- SIEM Monitoring: Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential security threats and incidents.
- Vulnerability and Penetration Testing: Conduct vulnerability and penetration testing to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks to Healthdirect Australia's systems and applications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hands-on technical security roles, such as a SOC or Security Incident Responder.
- Experience in delivering security solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience in vulnerability and penetration testing.
- Solid understanding of web application security and APIs, frameworks such as OWASP.
- Understanding and awareness of frameworks such as ACSC E8.
