- Proven experience in digital communications and transformation within a managerial role, with a strong background in digital marketing and technology.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, customer engagement strategies, and content management systems, with the ability to leverage these skills to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to develop business cases, influence stakeholders, and translate vision into actionable plans to drive organisational change.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in digital communications.
- Relevant qualifications in Technology, Business, or a related field, with a focus on digital innovation and leadership.
