Centre Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our team at a brand-new purpose-built centre in Bellfield.

About the Role

  • This is a leadership position that requires at least 3 years of experience as a Centre Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience opening or leading a new centre from start-up and hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • A strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance is essential for this role.
  • We also welcome candidates with a desire to learn about an International Curriculum.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing the centre, building local connections, driving enrolment growth, staff retention, and customer service.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Centre Manager
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance
  • Desire to learn about an International Curriculum
