Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the classroom environment and ensure a smooth learning experience\
  • Provide hands-on lab assistance and answer student questions\
  • Design and prepare teaching content to meet the training schedule\
  • Distribute post-class assignments and collect feedback from students\
  • Develop and implement new techniques and skills to enhance the learning experience\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends\
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise\\/ul\[br]\

Requirements:

  • Valid NSW Working with Children check\
  • Strong communication skills and patience when working with primary school students\
  • Classroom management skills and knowledge in educational development\
  • Understanding of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics theory and concepts\
  • Eligibility to work in Australia\
  • High School (Year 12) degree or equivalent\
  • Fluency in English language\\/ul\[br]\
