About the Role

Roc-Drill Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Drill Fitter to join our team at McArthur River Mine in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality operation of our drill rigs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drill rigs, including Epiroc drill rigs
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment is operating within specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Trade certification in Diesel Fitting
  • Experience working with drill rigs, preferably Epiroc
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
