About the Role

Roc-Drill Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Drill Fitter to join our team at McArthur River Mine in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality operation of our drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment, including drill rigs and associated machinery
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance and repair goals
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
  • Trade certification in Diesel Fitting
  • Experience working with Epiroc drill rigs and other heavy machinery
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
