We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Team at NORTH RIM PARTNERS INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the development of our visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the creative vision for our brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of creative campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and photography.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality graphic design advice, services, policies, procedures, and systems to the business.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in graphic design.
- Proven track record of leading and managing design teams.
- Extensive knowledge of current graphic design practices and trends.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into innovative creative solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
