Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Design Team: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Translate Creative Strategy into Design: Translate our creative strategy into design solutions that align with our clients' needs and wants.
  • Develop Future-Fit Designs: Develop designs and art directions that are future-fit and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Oversee Design Projects: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Manage Design Budgets and Resources: Manage design budgets and resources effectively, optimizing costs while maintaining design quality.

Requirements:

  • 12+ Years of Experience: 12+ years of experience working as a creative in advertising.
  • Excellent Portfolio: An excellent portfolio of past work that showcases your design skills and experience.
  • Education: AWARD school, Ad school, or any other creative courses.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools, and G-Suite.
