Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations & Leadership

• Supervise daily activities across various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

• Improve production efficiency through data-driven changes to process, layout, tooling, and methods.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement long-term fixes.

• Work closely with design teams to review drawings and ensure manufacturability.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Uphold a safety-first environment across all workstations.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Build quality control steps into production workflows and participate in root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or job-shop environment with both production and engineering responsibilities.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflows in a high-mix, low-volume setting.

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication, and assembly.

• Proficient with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Experience with CNC, CAD tools, and system-level assembly.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/job card systems and digital production tools.
