We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at PRP Diagnostic Imaging. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring their experience is positive and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties including managing bookings, appointments, and patient enquiries

  • Liaising with referring doctors and other healthcare professionals

  • Operating our booking system and maintaining accurate records

  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in medical reception or a related field would be an advantage

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
