About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels, transportation, and distribution across Australia.
  • Handle credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation in alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for rural distributors, providing exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Provide accurate quotes and address general customer queries, converting them into sales opportunities where possible.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed accurately, timely, and in line with customer expectations.
  • Quickly address customer complaints, utilising quality management systems to ensure timely resolution and closure of issues.
