Primary Health Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Health Care professional to provide high-quality primary healthcare services to remote communities across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver general practice services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral where necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as clinical audits and case reviews, to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
  • Three years of postgraduate experience.
  • RACGP - GPT 3 or above (with at least 12 months community GP experience).
  • ACRRM - CGT 2 and above (with either 6/12 primary care OR 6/12 rural and remote practice OR completion of relevant AST).
