About the Role:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering compassionate and respectful care, with a focus on promoting patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care: Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and provide tailored care solutions.
  2. Communication: Effectively communicate patient symptoms and concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to devise and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Treatment Administration: Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by physicians.
  5. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  6. Emergency Response: Provide immediate medical attention in emergency situations.
  7. Team Support: Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  8. Professional Development: Participate in educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
  2. Nursing Skills: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures, including emergency care.
  3. Safety and Sanitation: In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  4. Collaboration: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Education: B.Sc. or other diploma from a nursing program.
